AGE: 8-10
PROGRAM: The PADI Seal Team program is an exciting underwater activity-filled introduction to the world of diving. The Seal Team program gives children a chance to swim around underwater and experience adventure, discovery & thrills. It also provides the adults with a structured program that lets their children develop dive skills, learn about the aquatic realm, develop the same love for diving and have a lot of good, clean fun.
To become official members of the PADI Seal Team, kids need to complete the first five of 15 aqua missions. The activities develop fundamental scuba skills and knowledge while preparing kids for further adventure.
After becoming a Seal Team member, the young diver will be able to participate in a second session to increase confidence and, above all have more fun & excitement underwater. Some of the Aqua-missions are:
Creature ID Specialist – learn to identify underwater creatures
Inner Space Specialist – focus on buoyancy control
Navigation Specialist – develop underwater navigation skills
Safety Specialist – learn to help out dive buddies in and out of the water
Wreck Specialist – develop fundamental skills for diving in, around & on wrecks
Each participant will receive a recognition certificate and a certification card when completed.
